• テレビ出演者＝オーディションは仕事を取れるかどうかが決まる重要な場
• 新聞記者＝代わりが見つからなければ記者会見への出席が必須
• 鉄道業＝ダイヤ改正時は担当者が繁忙
• コンビニエンスストア＝初詣でや海水浴場などに近い店舗の書き入れ時
• 一般診療所＝インフルエンザ流行時や花粉症の時期は医師が繁忙
• 学校担任教師＝学年初めや学年末は指導計画作成や入試指導で繁忙

「裁判員制度：「辞退」に配慮するケースまとめる　最高裁 - 毎日ｊｐ(毎日新聞)」より。異論はないけれど、検討項目は想像の斜め上を行っている。
